What if my pet has special needs?
We’ll discuss their requirements during the consultation and create a personalised care plan.
Do I need to provide food for the sitter?
It is not required to leave food for the sitter however you are more than welcome to. We just ask for the basics to be available (coffee, sugar, tea, milk, etc)
What happens if my pet becomes ill?
We’ll contact you immediatly and, if necessary, take your pet to your nominated vet or the nearest emergency vet clinic.
Can I meet the pet sitter before the booking?
Yes! We believe it’s important for both you and your pet to feel comfortable. A Meet & Greet allows us to get to know your pet, understand their routine, and answer any questions you may have.
